Our client required the replacement of multiple individual countries support providers with a regionally managed service provider capable of delivering services in four countries and six cities under a single management and control structure to provide solutions for the following challenges;

• Standardize regional support procedures, policies, and best practices.

Monolith proposed a hands-free, comprehensive solution to provide regional integrated services for Morgan Stanley with services that included;

Result

Monolith provided support teams for Morgan Stanley in Japan and India, later expanding to include Hong Kong and Australia. Monolith provided Audio Visual Operations and Technical support, Content Production Services and Event Production and Support Services.

Monolith successfully managed the transition of services to our managed services team. We evaluated existing facilities and applied new procedures to assure service stability and quality. Our management team provided systems consulting and vendor management services for projects to improve technical systems and facilities.

When Morgan Stanley moved operations in Japan to Otemachi, Monolith teams supported the transition, assisted with new facilities testing and rollout and provided technical consultation and feedback during operational deployment. Monolith also assisted with facilities transitions in India and Hong Kong during our support for Morgan Stanley.
