Monolith Announces Strategic Collaboration with V-Engage to Advance Enterprise’s Move from Strategy to Enterprise-Scale Adoption of AI and Emerging Technologies

The collaboration combines enterprise advisory, implementation, deployment, and managed services to help businesses confidently adopt and scale next-generation technologies across Asia-Pacific.

TOKYO, JAPAN (August 04, 2026) – Monolith today announced a strategic collaboration with

V-Engage, an Australian-founded enterprise advisory consultancy led by Karen Khaw, to help enterprises across the Asia-Pacific region move from technology strategy to enterprise-scale adoption of AI and emerging technologies.

As businesses explore opportunities presented by Artificial Intelligence (AI), Extended Reality (XR), robotics, digital experiences, and intelligent automation, many face a common challenge: understanding where to begin, selecting the right technologies, and successfully moving from pilot programs to enterprise-wide deployment.

The collaboration combines V-Engage’s expertise in enterprise strategy, regulated industries, technology advisory, capability building, and innovation consulting with Monolith’s strengths in creative technology, systems integration, content development, production, technical operations, deployment, staffing, and managed services.

Together, the companies provide a seamless pathway from strategy through implementation and long-term operational support, enabling clients to confidently evaluate, deploy, scale, and manage emerging technologies across their business.

The relationship builds on a growing portfolio of projects delivered across Asia-Pacific, including work supporting global technology companies, government agencies, and multinational enterprises. Most recently, Monolith and V-Engage collaborated on an immersive technology showcase at a Future of Health event in Tokyo for a Fortune 500 insurance company, demonstrating how AI, Extended Reality (XR), and experiential learning can strengthen workforce capability, customer engagement, and innovation.

“Many businesses recognize the transformative potential of AI and emerging technologies. The challenge is identifying where they can create the greatest value, prepare their people, and successfully move from pilots to enterprise-scale adoption, said Karen Khaw, Founder and CEO of V-Engage. “Our role is to help clients develop practical strategies, evaluate technologies, build internal capability, and make informed decisions. By collaborating with Monolith, we can now extend that support through implementation, deployment, managed services, and technical delivery—helping clients move beyond pilots and successfully scale innovation across the enterprise.”

The collaboration is particularly focused on supporting businesses operating in highly regulated sectors, including financial services, insurance, healthcare, education, and government, where technology adoption requires careful planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and long-term operational support. Together, Monolith and V-Engage provide services spanning enterprise advisory, technology strategy, solution evaluation, implementation, systems deployment, immersive experiences, experiential activations, workforce training, enterprise content development, managed event services, technical staffing, production, and ongoing managed services.

“Technology alone doesn’t create transformation—successful adoption does,” said Daniel Isaacsen, Managing Director of Monolith. “Karen and the V-Engage team bring deep expertise in helping enterprise leaders understand where emerging technologies can deliver meaningful business value. Monolith complements that with the technical capability, creative expertise, operational scale, and managed services needed to successfully implement, support, and grow those initiatives over time. Together, we’re providing clients with a complete pathway from strategy through enterprise execution.”

The collaboration will initially focus on enterprise AI advisory, immersive learning, workforce enablement, experiential activations, managed event services, technology deployment, and enterprise-scale managed services throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
