Description
“Monolith Research and Training Labs Private Limited” is a new arm of Monolith Technology. It is a training academy based in Chennai, India focused on re-skilling, up-skilling students and working professionals in future media technologies and is looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to spearhead marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilites :
- Identify, build and cultivate strong network of Educational Institutions.
- Strategize Lead generation and to find new business opportunities.
- Follow up with clients and students to close the business leads.
- Involve in BTL activities for students’ engagement and admissions.
- Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team.
- Counsel students and guide them to choose the right courses.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Achieve revenue target in the specified timeline.
- Learn technical stuffs to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
Marketing Executive Requirements:
- Candidates with 3+ years of experience in a Business Development role.
- Connection with colleges and universities is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in 2 or 3 regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling pressure and deadlines to achieve the target.
- Must have experience of team handling. Leadership skills, proactive, persuasive orientation.
