Technology Service Team Member (Singapore)

We are looking for highly motivated team players to provide technical and administrative client services in a fast paced work environment. The ideal candidate should have experience providing technical services in a corporate or professional environment. Attention to detail, commitment to high quality service and professionalism are required.

Position involves daily technical support, consolation and customer service for clients using our services. Strong, effective communication and organizational skills are a must. Background in IT help desk, technical service desk support, customer service for technology preferred. Experience in logistics, coordination or fast paced customer service for non-technical services also considered.

Requirements

  • Education
    • College degree or equivalent education
  • Minimum Required Experience
    • Three years corporate or professional experience working in a fast paced technology environment.
    • Three or more years experience working with audio visual systems.
    • Demonstrated customer service experience.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Business level English
  • Desired Experience
    • Direct experience supporting or working with video conferencing, multi-media technology systems or audio visual systems preferred.
    • Technology help desk experience
    • Customer service helpdesk or direct customer support experience.
